Dig a little deeper and you’ll uncover why I’ve dedicated my life to teaching others the value of self-care: we simply cannot overstate the importance of it. Weight gain, health issues, anxiety, stress, guilt—of course, there’s no panacea that can erase all of our problems. But living mindfully, purposefully and passionately can help alleviate what plagues you most. And it can transform your life. Or, at the very least, help you weather your day-to-day.
